I just absolutely LOVE this concert format, where the “audience” are invited to just rest and receive - and for those who feel like it - to sing!

I really believe and feel how music can be healing. For me, it can be a direct way to presence! And I’ve chosen to host these special events to really honor that.

If you are curious, and maybe are not used to the “meditation”-part - know that it takes no special skill or experience to participate - everyone is warmly welcome! It's just a time for rest, nothing to do, really…✨

A couple of weeks ago I visited one of my dear dear friends in Germany. The first evening we improvised together - and this song came through in one flow. The only thing we new before playing was that I had an impulse to make a song for falling asleep - I opened myself to “what would I like to hear when falling asleep” and 3 minutes after here it was…

I LOOOVE the process of letting everything come through without a filter when I’m writing songs - there is always the possibility of refining and giving the song time to reveal itself afterwards, but this song was whole from the beginning.
