Radical Self Love has been an ongoing “theme song” in my life, since I wrote it back in the fall of 2023. The meaning keeps renewing and deepen within me.
In many situations where I’m stressed out or anxious, I find in the root, that self love is the medicine that brings me back to myself! Again and again..

It’s very often the first song I play, when I play live - because I feel so at home in it, it feels so effortless in a way, like a safe and trusted friend.
