Last thursday I was invited to play some of my songs at @piatheshaman ‘s event in Copenhagen - ending the evening with 100 people singing with me on my song “Let the Light in” - sending light into the world 🌟🌟🌟

The evening was a beautiful mix of meditation and breathwork guided by @piatheshaman , sound healing with @halle.malinah , and ecstatic dance with @miemoltke 🌻

Thanks for inviting me - it was a pleasure to contribute with my music in such a special event!

A month ago I released my very first song into the world and to be honest I didn’t have many expectations/thoughts around streaming numbers etc. I was just so excited to share what I’ve been working on and to contribute to the world with the energy of self love, calmness and soft hearts.

I make music to remind myself of who I am and to access my own strength, softness, clarity and inner wellspring of love… with the grounding/inspiring thought: “only I have to like my music”. I write songs, because it supports me on my own journey in life and because I feel this energy is sooo needed in the world.

Today, after only four weeks, my song has reached over 10.000 streams on Spotify! Wow… it makes me so happy that my song has found its way to you. Thank you for receiving it and listening to it 🙏🏽

Heart Answered was the first song I recorded with

Heart Answered was the first song I recorded with @alexandergrandjean for my upcoming album, Songs to Soften the Heart, a little over a year ago. It made it more clear to me, what energy I want to share through my music: healing, nourishment, connection and self-love.

In the summer of 2023, I wrote a question in my notebook: “Is there a place for me in my heart?”
A couple of days later, it felt as though the answer was flowing through me, as if my heart had responded to the question.

It’s definitely a love song from me to myself—and, in a broader sense, I’m singing to that place in all of us that knows we’re already whole, that we’re loved simply for being here.
I hope this song can remind us every time we forget.

Heart Answered has been out for a week now, and I feel so warm seeing how it has been received. 🙏🏽

I just absolutely LOVE this concert format, where the “audience” are invited to just rest and receive - and for those who feel like it - to sing!

I really believe and feel how music can be healing. For me, it can be a direct way to presence! And I’ve chosen to host these special events to really honor that.

If you are curious, and maybe are not used to the “meditation”-part - know that it takes no special skill or experience to participate - everyone is warmly welcome! It's just a time for rest, nothing to do, really…✨

I wrote this song a year ago and it’s very present with me in this time. It’s very inspired by the season we’re in right now, where the leaves fall to the ground - reminding me of trust and to embrace all cycles within me🍂🍁
